Terms & Conditions

The term Resources is used as a general term for our Themes and Addons.

• You may use our Resources, with the Installation limited to One Server/Pterodactyl Panel Instance.

• You may Modify any of our Resources, however these can't be re-distributed at all.

• Attempting to Resell or Give away our Resources for free, will result in Legal Action in accordance to EU Copyright Laws.

• By using our Resources you agree to use our Licensing System, this allows us to see: - Any Domain API Requests come from. - A unique HWID Generated for your Server. - Your License Key for ownership checks. - IP Addresses for identifying the Server the Resource is installed on.

• Refunds for our Resources are not Permitted, Questions can be asked in advanced for Pre-Purchase Queries, Recordings of the Resources can also be produced for further displaying of functionality.

• GAME API (Player Listing), We host our own API for the Player Listing function, however if you decide to Self-host this, it is at your own Risk, support will be more limited.

• Our Site, using this requires logging in using Discord OAuth this uses cookies and JWT's to prove identity throughout the site. Using our Gallery to store images is also at your own risk, using the Gallery to store illegal content will result in a Resource and Site ban.

• By default you are eligible for HIGH Priority Support once you purchase a Resource, responses can however take up to 12 hours (I Sleep).
