BuiltByBit SourceXchange

Getting Started

You must first have purchased one of our Products via either BuiltByBit or SourceXchange. Then go ahead and join our Support Discord if you are yet to, head to our Tickets channel and create a License Request Ticket, we will require a proof of purchase unless you have Purchased via BuiltByBit and have connected your Discord Account to your Account there as you will automatically receive a product role, allowing you to simply use /get-license you will then be Direct Messaged your License Key!

Adding a License Key

All of our Addons & Themes that require a License Key will show a page to admins only when loading into their Pterodactyl Panel for the first time, it will ask for the License Key you have been Assigned. Simply enter your License Key and it will be verified, if successful that's it!

Invalid License Key

There's a few reasons this could happen: - HWID changed, - IP changed, To reset your License Key simply make a ticket in the Support Discord under the Reset License Key Category and we will remove your Saved IP Address and HWID, you should then be able to retry setting your License Key!
